We are able to collect on Saturday's, when you book your clothing collection online via DonateToReduce.co.uk you will be able to choose your collection day (Sunday collection is not available).
Remember: You don't have to be at home when we collect, you can leave your donations outside (as long as they are protected from the British weather)
You do not have to be at home when we collect. When you book your collection, you can choose whether you will be at home. If you aren't at home you can leave your items in a safe area protected from the British weather.
We accept all good condition and clean clothing (adult's, children's/baby clothing). Tops, jumpers, coats, trousers, jeans, skirts, dresses etc. We also accept good condition DVDs, Books.
We do not accept dirty or damaged clothing, ben linen (including pillows and duvets), carpets, rugs etc.

We are able to collect small working electrical items (DVD players, Freeview boxes, Blu Ray Players, HiFi Systems). Please put these in a separate bag to your clothes.
We do not accept large kitchen appliances, TVs, or any kitchen wear (e.g. toasters/kettles)
We are able to collect good condition books along with CDs / DVDs / VHS Tapes. Please bag these separately to your clothes.
If you need to make changes or cancel your clothing collection please contact us by clicking here or reply to your collection confirmation email.
You can pack your clothing in clean bags (bin liners are a popular choice) or boxes. If you are donating other items (such as DVDs, small electrical items etc.) please put these in a separate bag.
If you have chosen to leave your items out for us to collect, please make sure they are covered from the elements as much as possible. We will collect your items without disturbing you.
All the items are sorted based on condition and quality. Anything reusable is resold or donated to local charity shops. Any lower grade items are donated to other clothing collection companies. Textile waste is one of the most challenging wastes to recycle, that's why we try to reuse as much as possible.
No, a charity clothing collection service typically operates by collecting clothes nationwide, a lot of this is then sold in large quantities and ends up as landfill in other countries - we don't think this is right. Our aim is to reuse as much as possible.

We are a clothing collection service covering most of Hertfordshire. When you make a booking online you will be asked to enter your postcode, if we cover your area you will be able to book online.
